ERDTI–HONALEC offers to build Mobile Testing Laboratories (MTLs) for power utilities for their maintenance programs. These MTLs evaluates the health of power distribution grids without removing the power equipment from service. These mobile laboratories are fully equipped with testing instruments and retrofitting equipment to carry out the following activities:

1. Oil-filled power transformer maintenance.
2. Dry-type power transformer maintenance.
3. Circuit breaker maintenance.
4. Lightning arrester field testing.
5. Cable fault locating equipment.
6. Refurbishment of contaminated insulator bushings.
7. Protection relay testing, calibration, and coordination.
8. Earth resistance testing.
9. Energy auditing and implementation of energy management systems.
10. Electrical safety auditing and implementation of safety measures.
11. Power line interference (EMI/ESI) measurement and mitigation.
12. Implementation of periodic, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs.
